Reliv International is Hiring a Human Resource Coordinator (Part-Time) Near Chesterfield, MO

Description

Reliv International, Inc. is looking forward to welcoming a part-time HR Coordinator to join our team. This position is based in Chesterfield, MO. 

What YOU Will Be Doing:

In this role, the HR Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department staff and to assist employees with benefits, manage all insurance billings, process semi-monthly payrolls, and maintain employee files. 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities we are looking for:

  • Requires some prior knowledge of principles and practices of human resources 
  • Prior experience with an HRIS database preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Word, Excel and other applicable database programs
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail 
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively 
  • Flexible Work Schedule (Part-time 16-20 hours a week) 

Requirements

 What YOU Need for this Position:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, OR
  • At least Two (2) years of experience in human resources OR 
  • Any similar combination of education and experience
  • Hybrid position (on-site 2 or more days each week)
